Synthesis is the fusion of different elements. Guild vision is to combine the best of hardcore raiding, casual raiding and family guilds while filtering out the bad. We are serious about progression and ability but just as important is a good attitude.  Treat each other as family and friends with a mature respect for one another, but also know your class, spec, and raid role. Be flexible and contribute. Be neither elitest nor needy.
